In order to organise the arrival of the participants in the most efficient way, the development of a mobility study is an important part of the overall organisation.

In the preparatory phase, we analyse the existing situation and the objectives. We then advise the organiser which measures and/or facilities are needed to implement the mobility plan. Local culture, traffic conditions and accessibility are imortant factors that can influence the mobility choices for the organisers
