Yes. Bus drivers must comply with strict European regulations regarding driving time, mandatory breaks and daily rest periods.
After a maximum of 4.5 hours of continuous driving, a mandatory 45-minute break must be taken. Daily driving time is also limited, and every driver must benefit from a minimum daily rest period between working days.
These regulations directly impact the organisation of shuttle services. Depending on the duration of your event, operating hours and the number of rotations required, it may be necessary to schedule additional drivers or vehicles to ensure uninterrupted service.

Our pricing depends on several factors, including:

Our payment terms are specified in each quotation.
In most cases, we work with an advance payment before the event and the remaining balance after the services have been completed.
Specific payment conditions may apply depending on the size, duration or nature of the project and will always be clearly stated in our quotation.
Our cancellation terms are clearly specified in every quotation.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise when organising an event. Whenever possible, we will work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution, taking into account the cancellation date, commitments already made and costs already incurred.
Our objective is always to maintain a transparent and constructive relationship with our clients.
The applicable VAT rate depends on the nature of the service provided.
Passenger transport services carried out in Belgium (buses, coaches, shuttle services with drivers, etc.) are subject to the reduced 6% VAT rate.
Mobility management services, such as coordination, stewards, Flux Managers, parking management, signage, equipment rental, mobility studies and mobility planning, are subject to the standard 21% VAT rate.
When a project includes both transport services and service-related activities, it is therefore perfectly normal for two different VAT rates to appear on the same invoice, in accordance with Belgian tax legislation.
When we provide services to a company established abroad, the applicable VAT treatment depends on the nature of the service and the country where the client is established.
For companies established in another European Union Member State and holding a valid intra-Community VAT number, our service activities are generally invoiced without Belgian VAT under the reverse charge mechanism. The client is then responsible for declaring the VAT in their own country.
Passenger transport services carried out in Belgium remain subject to the applicable Belgian VAT rate, in accordance with Belgian tax legislation.
Certain services directly linked to an event or activity taking place in Belgium may also remain subject to Belgian VAT, depending on the applicable regulations.
Each project is therefore assessed individually to ensure the correct VAT treatment and full compliance with Belgian and European tax legislation.
